According to the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Dept., deputies were dispatched to the scene around 9:30 a.m. and found a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica, driven by a 52-year-old Novi woman, had been traveling westbound on Snover Road when she stopped at the stop sign at Snover and Ubly roads.

The woman drove into the intersection and collided with a 2002 Ford F-150 driven by a 19-yearold Melvin man that was traveling southbound on Ubly Road.

The Pacifica came to rest in the ditch on the southwest corner of the intersection, while the F-150 came to rest facing north on the west side of the road.
