The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office reported Philip Sevin was southbound on M-19 around 3:40 p.m. when he was struck by a pickup truck south of Old Emmett Road.

The driver of the pickup, a 73-year-old Sandusky man, stopped and stayed at the scene.
